Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all fragrance bottles are tightly sealed and diffusers are padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
